- During peak seasons, temporary trains may be used. The departure and arrival stations for the round-trip Shinkansen (Tokyo or Ueno) will be provided in the final voucher which will be sent to you 7-10 days before departure.
- This tour includes fireworks viewing from reserved chair seating on the left bank of the Shinano River riverbed. Guests will be seated on pipe chairs arranged directly on the riverbank ground.
- Tripods may not be used above seated eye level.
- Arrival at the fireworks venue will be relatively early, between approximately 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. As there will be a long waiting time before the fireworks begin, please make sure to take sufficient precautions against the heat.
- The walk from the bus parking area to the fireworks viewing seats normally takes about 10 minutes. After the fireworks end, traffic congestion caused by police traffic regulations in the city may delay bus departures from the parking area by approximately 2 to 3 hours each year. Therefore, the scheduled hotel arrival time is around 1:30 AM, but it may vary significantly depending on traffic conditions.
- Due to expected heavy crowds, the itinerary will be arranged with priority given to viewing the fireworks. As a result, parts of the schedule may be subject to change. In addition, due to safety regulations for sightseeing buses, there may be extended waiting times before departure from stations or hotels.
- In the event of severe weather, the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival may be canceled at the discretion of the festival organizers. If the cancellation is decided before the tour departs from Tokyo Station, the tour itself will also be canceled. If no decision is made prior to departure, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Please note that no refunds will be issued after departure.
- For reservations of three guests per room, an extra bed or sofa bed will be used.

- When making a reservation, please be sure to provide the following information for all participants: full name (as shown on the passport), date of birth, nationality, and gender. In addition, the group representative is required to provide a contact phone number and email address.
