- The festival runs in rain but may be postponed/canceled in severe weather.
Before Departure: If decided by the day before, the tour is canceled with a full refund. The final decision may occur on the morning of departure. We will notify you immediately. Travel costs to the meeting point are non-refundable.
After Departure: You will visit an alternative destination. Seat fees are refunded, but bus/transport fares are not.
After Start: No refunds after fireworks begin. - Traffic congestion is expected on surrounding roads on the day of the event. Please be aware that you may be asked to wait in your vehicle upon arrival at or departure from the venue.
- Your bus seat will be assigned on the day of departure. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for specific seat locations.
- Lunch and dinner are not included in the tour price. Please bring your own or purchase them at service areas or around the venue.
- Since we will be departing after the fireworks display has ended, we expect to arrive in Shinjuku late at night. If our return is delayed due to traffic conditions, any costs incurred for taxis or overnight stays will be the responsibility of the customer.
- The itinerary and duration of stay may change depending on road conditions and traffic circumstances on the day of the tour.
If your return is delayed due to traffic congestion, and alternative transportation such as taxis or accommodations need to be arranged, the costs incurred will be borne by the customer. - According to Japanese law, wearing a seatbelt is mandatory on tour buses.
- Depending on the number of participants, the tour may be operated using a medium-sized or small bus instead of a large bus.
- The tour buses do not have toilet facilities. Please use the restrooms beforehand during breaks.
- Smoking is prohibited on the bus. Also, to ensure a comfortable experience for all passengers, please refrain from reclining your seat.
■Regarding Bus Seating
Bus seats are assigned by the tour operator. Please understand that we cannot accommodate requests for specific seat locations.
In emergencies or unavoidable operational circumstances, you may be seated in the same row as the tour guide. - No refunds or compensation will be provided if you do not utilize any of the perks or activities included in the tour.
- Please let us know when you make your reservation if you require any special arrangements or medical support. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, however additional charges may apply or we may require you to submit a written declaration depending on the nature of your request.
- In accordance with the law, tour guides may take breaks during the itinerary. During free time, please manage your activities on your own.
- Lost and found items will be kept for up to two weeks after the tour ends. However, food items and perishable goods may be disposed of immediately for hygiene reasons.
- Pets and animals are not allowed on this tour.
- The minimum number of participants required is 1 person. If the minimum number of participants is not met, or if it becomes difficult to conduct the tour due to force majeure such as natural disasters or accidents, the tour content may be changed or the tour may be canceled. In such cases, we will contact you at least 3 days before the departure date for day trips, and at least 13 days before the departure date for overnight tours.
- We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate requests regarding bus seating, smoking/non-smoking accommodations, food allergies, etc. Depending on the nature of the request, we may decline it after explaining the reason before booking.
- For online bookings, booking confirmations, tour information, and any changes or updates will be sent via email. No documents will be sent by mail.
