- If boat equipment or facilities are damaged due to customer negligence, you may be required to pay half of the repair cost.

The tour may be canceled in advance in case of typhoons, strong winds, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions. - [Cancellation After Start]
Depending on weather conditions, departure on the day may not be possible.
Even after the tour begins, sudden weather changes may require cancellation.
If the tour is interrupted due to bad weather, unexpected boat trouble, or mechanical failure, the fee will be adjusted according to the time spent.
We cannot compensate for loss or damage of customers’ belongings or fishing tackle during the tour. Please take special care of your items during movement and fishing. - The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
