Let’s Start of the Stroll
A guide will take you around Five Shrines of Togakushi. Shrine as you walk along the 8km round-trip approach to the shrine. We will visit famous places such as Japan's largest cedar avenue and power spots. Enjoy a stroll with the mystical atmosphere and fresh air of Togakushi.
Hokosha
The main blessings are said to be safe childbirth, warding off evil spirits, and matchmaking. There are beautiful carvings around the shrine.
Hinomikosha
Hinomikosha is the smallest of the five shrines and is characterized by its quiet and rustic atmosphere. Revered as the god of bugaku performing arts, the god of matchmaking, and the god of fire protection.
Chusha
As you pass through the large torii gate, you will see sacred trees that are over 700 years old, as well as the Sanbonsugi, which is over 800 years old. Chusha is said to have divine virtues for academic achievement, business prosperity, good luck, warding off evil spirits, and family safety.
Kuzuryusha

I had the pleasure of being guided by a knowledgeable guide who provided extensive information about the history, plants, birds, and bears of Togakushi, allowing me to enjoy the visit to the five shrines. Fortunately, the weather was also favorable, making for a fulfilling day.
