- Regarding Tour Cancellation Due to Poor Sea Conditions
Marine activities are highly affected by ocean conditions such as wind and waves.
In the event of a typhoon or severe weather, the tour may be canceled for safety reasons. - Regarding Health and Physical Condition
If you are deemed to be in an unsuitable condition to participate — such as having a cold, injury, illness, being under the influence of alcohol, hungover, or using medication — your participation may be declined on the day for safety reasons.
If you have any concerns or questions about injuries, illnesses, or medication, please contact us in advance. - Please follow all instructions and safety guidance from the captain and staff during the tour.
- The activity schedule is subject to change or cancellation due to weather or traffic conditions.
- Please arrive wearing your swimsuit.
If needed, bring motion sickness medication and sunscreen.
Please note that sea turtles are wild animals and may not be seen depending on sea conditions. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
The tour may be canceled depending on sea conditions on the day.
The tour will operate even in case of rain. - An additional ¥2,000 fee applies during Golden Week and the Obon holiday period. (Dates may vary by year.)
