By learning the basics in advance, you can enjoy a safe and smooth diving experience on the day! - Check in at the Beach Information Desk.Please check in 15 minutes before the tour starts.
Arrive wearing your swimsuit. - Equipment fittingOnce you’re ready, we’ll check the sizes of your mask and fins and help you put on the necessary equipment.

- BriefingWe’ll explain the diving procedure, dive time, air pressure check, and important safety tips for an enjoyable experience.
- Practice basic skills (in the pool or shallow beach area)Start by getting comfortable in the water! In a dedicated pool or shallow beach area, you’ll practice basic skills such as breathing, equalizing, and buoyancy control.
From January to late April, practice will be held in the shallow beach area as the pool is closed during winter.
- Start divingTogether with your instructor, it’s time to dive into the ocean! At the emerald-blue Manza Beach, enjoy an underwater stroll surrounded by colorful coral reefs and tropical fish. (Maximum depth: about 3 meters)

- End of tourAfter the dive, take off your wetsuit and refresh with a shower!
- Tour ends at the site

Restrictions
- Participants must be healthy and between 13 and 64 years old.
- Those who are under the influence of alcohol or have been drinking cannot participate.
- You cannot board a flight on the same day after participating in the dive.
- For health and safety reasons, those who meet any of the following conditions cannot participate:
Currently undergoing medical treatment or taking medication
Have heart disease or other circulatory disorders
Have diabetes, high blood pressure, or epilepsy
Are pregnant
Participants who answer “Yes” to any relevant items on the PADI medical questionnaire may also be unable to join the tour. - Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian’s signed consent.
- Please refrain from taking any medication on the day of participation, as you may not be allowed to join the tour.
- English guidance is available.
Diving lessons can also be conducted in English.
What to bring
- Please come wearing swimwear under clothes that can get wet.
- We have prescription masks available for guests who wear glasses or contact lenses.
- You may bring your own camera; however, please note that any loss or damage will be at your own risk.
For safety reasons, instructors will not take photos or videos. - Mobile phones and smartphones are not allowed, even in waterproof cases.
Even at shallow depths, water pressure from all directions causes all buttons and the screen to be pressed simultaneously, making the device completely unresponsive. - Swimsuit
