    Please read the following carefully before using the MoVA rental device:
    ・Any injuries or accidents that occur while using the rental device are the sole responsibility of the user.
    ・If damage or harm is caused to a third party (e.g., injury to another person or damage to property) while using the rental device, the user will be held fully responsible. [A]
  • ● Insurance Included in Rental Fee

    Basic insurance covers:
    Death/disability: ¥5,000,000
    Hospital: ¥3,000/day
    Outpatient: ¥2,000/day
    Third-party damage or injury: up to ¥300 million

    Also includes legal support and compensation for victims (up to ¥500,000 per person).

    User is responsible for any damage beyond coverage or caused by intentional acts or rule violations. [B]

  • If you wish to change your reservation, please cancel your current booking and make a new one.
  • Optional insurance is available. We encourage customers who wish to be prepared for unexpected issues to consider adding coverage.

This was our first time in Japan and I was traveling with an elderly mother who had limited mobility. I came across the wheelchair service that was offered at the airport and felt it would help my mother navigate. The electric wheelchair was very easy to use and super convenient. Portable and we were able to even ride on slightly uneven terrains, like bumpy roads and lawns. My mother was very happy about this and we were able to show her the beauty of Japan, because of this wheelchair.

The service at Narita was also good. We had a slight issue with the payment as tourists and they helped us immediately with it.

전동 휠체어를 빌려는데 시간이 조금 걸렸어요.. 예약까지 하고 갔는데, 한 20분은 기다린 거 같아요. 충전도 30%밖에 되어있지 않아서 하루는 거의 날렸어요. 하루에 5만엔으로 싸지 않은 가격인데에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 하지만 직원들은 친절했습니다.
