Restrictions

  • Children who have not yet entered elementary school travel free of charge (one child per paying adult) if they do not occupy a seat. If a seat is required, the child's fare is half the adult fare.
  • Please complete boarding procedures at least 20 minutes before departure. Boarding may be denied after this time.
  • Pregnant passengers: Consult your doctor before boarding. Specific documents required based on weeks until due date (see below). Boarding may be refused due to health or rough seas; please contact us beforehand.
    - 1 month prior to expected due date: Consent form, doctor's note
    - 14 days prior to expected due date: Consent form, doctor's note, accompanying passenger
    - 7 days prior to expected due date: Consent form, doctor's note, accompanying doctor or nurse
  • Wheelchair boarding/disembarking is possible. Onboard, please transfer to a seat and fasten your seatbelt.

  • Seat assignments are available at the port ticket window starting 1 hour before departure.
  • Mobile phone use is permitted onboard, but please be considerate of other passengers. There are no phone charging services available on the ferry.
  • Whether the ferry operates depends on the weather and sea conditions that day. The final decision for each departure is made 1 hour before its scheduled time.   • Please note that Wi-Fi service is not currently available on board the high-speed ferry.
  • Boarding certificates, delay certificates, and cancellation certificates can be issued at the ticket window.
  • <Important Notes on COVID-19 Positive Cases>
    If the ticket holder tests positive for COVID-19, please contact VELTRA via the "Inquiry" form on the VELTRA website: My Page > Activity Booking History.
    For refund requests, a full refund without any fees will be issued for this booking only if you can provide official documentation (doctor's note/diagnosis) confirming the ticket holder's positive test result. (Note: Positive test result notifications are not accepted.)

    Please be aware that any costs associated with obtaining the official documentation (doctor's note/diagnosis) are the responsibility of the customer.
